Everything else seemed to work as expected. The dial seems to have limited functionality in PC sims each click left and right counts as a button press. I have also owned a Driving Force Pro and this wheel is very similar but I believe the GT model uses a larger motor, a larger diameter wheel and the button configuration is different, with the red dial and back-lit center button. There are work-arounds but they probably aren't worth it, unless you're already invested in the old hardware. Like most older Logitech wheels, it is incompatible with PS4 or newer systems, so look at newer models if interested in these systems. This wheel comes with all the features you would need for PC and PS2 and 3 racing, including 900 degree rotation, realistic force feedback rubber wrapped wheel and plentiful buttons for every possible car function.
